Product and access terms

Paddle is the merchant of record and legal seller for purchases made through its checkout. Paddle takes payment, handles applicable transaction taxes, issues the receipt and administers transaction refunds and statutory withdrawal requests under its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. The Paddle entity shown on your checkout and receipt is your seller. We supply the Kairos application and included mentoring and grant the use rights in these terms. These terms supplement Paddle’s sale terms; they do not change Paddle’s role or remove mandatory rights.

You must be at least 18. Kairos is a web application offering daily business-timing readings calculated by fixed rules drawn from traditional Chinese date selection (Tong Shu), BaZi and numerology. It is a framework for reflection and planning. Its foundations and effects are not scientifically established. It does not predict events or promise any result and is not financial, investment, legal, tax, medical or psychological advice. Consult a qualified professional for decisions in those areas.

The calculations do not use artificial intelligence. Some static explanatory text was drafted with AI assistance and reviewed before publication; no member data is sent to an AI system for the readings.

The advertised offer is a single payment of €497, including applicable VAT as displayed at checkout, for 12 months of access beginning when we activate your account after Paddle confirms payment. The final price and tax shown by Paddle before you pay govern the transaction. There is no trial, subscription or automatic renewal. A new access period requires a new, separately authorised purchase. Future prices may change without affecting an already completed purchase.

After payment, we send a sign-in link to your purchase email address and provide automated access. Check your spam folder and contact us if the link does not arrive or access fails. You need a compatible browser and internet connection. We will provide the digital service with reasonable care and skill and address reported defects in accordance with applicable law.

Access is automatic. Your account is activated and the sign-in email is sent as soon as Paddle confirms the payment, which is normally within a few minutes. If nothing has arrived within one hour, check your spam folder and then email michelleisyourcoach@gmail.com and we will send you a link by hand.

During your access period you may attend quarterly 90-minute group mentoring sessions for registered Kairos users. We use your account email to send invitations and schedule details. Dates and time zones will be announced with reasonable notice. Attendance is optional; missed sessions do not accumulate as individual credits. We may reasonably reschedule a session or provide an equivalent group session if it cannot proceed. We will tell you of a material change and provide any remedy required by law. No private one-to-one coaching is included. We will not add you to a Telegram group without a separate choice; joining any such group is optional, and invitations remain available by email.

Group mentoring sessions are recorded, and we will tell you before recording begins. Recordings are not currently published or shared with members. Please read section 3 of our Privacy and Cookie Notice before attending: it sets out what is recorded, why, our lawful basis, who can open a recording, where it is stored, how long it is kept, and what to do if you would rather not be recorded.

Your access is personal, non-transferable and for your own lawful use. Do not share sign-in links, scrape or redistribute the app or its readings, bypass access controls, or use it to make professional claims about another person. If you enter someone else’s birth details, do so only when you have a valid basis and have informed that person as appropriate. Do not enter names or other identifying notes into birth-detail fields, and do not share their reading without permission. We may suspend misuse after notice where practical, without limiting statutory remedies.

The app uses a browser cookie containing the birth date and optional birth time and sex at birth, time zone and profile settings. The setup form sends these details in a request to the server, not in the web address. The cookie is sent with app requests to our server, where its contents are used to calculate the reading. We do not intentionally store birth details in the member database, which contains an email address and two access dates. Hosting request logs record the request path and timing; we do not write cookie contents to our own logs. Other technical records may be processed as explained in our Privacy and Cookie Notice. Clearing the cookie removes those settings on that browser; it does not erase account, transaction or other records. Sex at birth is optional and is used only for the relevant traditional calculation.

Consumers may have statutory withdrawal, cancellation and remedies for faulty or misdescribed products under the laws that apply to them. Immediate access does not, by itself, mean all such rights have ended. For an eligible EU or UK statutory withdrawal, use Paddle’s route in your receipt or Paddle.net, or contact us and we will help route it. South African consumers may have rights under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act and other consumer laws. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

South African cooling-off rights. Where section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies, you may cancel a service transaction without giving a reason and without penalty within seven days after the agreement is concluded, and payments must be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. Section 42(2) provides exceptions, including services begun with the consumer’s consent before the seven days expire. We do not treat immediate access, on its own, as proof that this exception applies. Send a cancellation through Paddle’s receipt support link or Paddle.net, or email michelleisyourcoach@gmail.com and we will route it. This does not limit other statutory remedies, or the 21-day guarantee below, which stays available even after you have used Kairos or attended mentoring.

In addition, we promise a full refund if you ask within 21 calendar days after purchase, for any reason, including if you have used Kairos or attended mentoring. Email michelleisyourcoach@gmail.com from your purchase address, or include your Paddle transaction reference. You may also request a refund through Paddle’s receipt support link or Paddle.net and identify the “Kairos 21-day guarantee.” We will arrange an eligible refund through Paddle to the original payment method where possible. A request sent within the 21 days is timely even if processing takes longer. Access ends when the refund is made. This voluntary guarantee sits alongside statutory rights; it does not shorten them. For technical problems, contact us so we can fix them, or use Paddle’s refund route if unresolved.

How to claim the 21-day guarantee

We and our licensors retain rights in Kairos, its methods as expressed in the app, text, graphics and profile descriptions. Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the app during your access period for personal purposes. Some Wealth Dynamics profile descriptions are reproduced under licence; your purchase does not transfer rights in them. You may retain a personal copy of a reading where the app permits it, but may not publish, resell or train a system on substantial app content without permission. Brand names remain with their respective owners.

We may maintain and improve Kairos. We will not materially remove paid functionality during an existing access period without providing a lawful remedy. Temporary outages can occur; tell us about a persistent issue. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or business results. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies, fraud or wilful misconduct. Any permitted limitation must be read subject to the consumer law of your country; we do not impose a blanket cap on statutory claims.

Keeping a record. You can save or print these terms, the Privacy Notice and the guarantee page at any time, before or after purchase, and your browser’s print or save-as-PDF command will do it. Your Paddle receipt and our welcome email are your record of the purchase itself; the welcome email names the version of these terms that applied on the day you bought, and we keep every earlier version and will send you any of them on request. Paddle keeps the transaction record and makes it available to you through the support link in your receipt and at Paddle.net under its own retention policy. For anything you cannot reach there, email michelleisyourcoach@gmail.com and we will supply it for as long as we are required to keep it.

South African law governs our supplier relationship to the extent permitted. This choice does not deprive an EU, UK or other consumer of mandatory protections or courts available under applicable law. Paddle’s separate buyer contract has its own governing-law provisions. A new version of these terms applies prospectively to new purchases; we will not unilaterally remove material rights from an existing 12-month purchase.

These terms cover Kairos only. Other coaching programmes, individual services, a free community and affiliate offers require their own terms and notices. The proposed Journal is not available and is not covered as a live feature.
